Our history
Since our humble beginnings in a small workshop in 1998, JYSA has grown into one of the most trusted and recognized technical service providers in Spain. With a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we’ve built a solid reputation in the electronics repair industry. Each milestone in our history marks a step forward in our mission to deliver exceptional service and expand our reach. Here is a look back at the key moments that have defined our journey.
Contact UsIn December 1998, JYSA C.B. was founded, officially starting operations in January 1999. With a team of two qualified professionals and a small 75 m² shop, the company focused on repairing computer and audio equipment, without yet representing any official brands.
After serving more than 2,000 customers in just three years, JYSA C.B. transitioned into JYSA Servicios Electrónicos S.L. A new facility was acquired to meet growing demand, allowing for better customer service and the integration of modern technical laboratories.
Pioneer Ibérica S.A. selected JYSA as an official technical service provider, recognizing the company's outstanding quality. This partnership positioned JYSA as a leading technical reference in the province of Castellón.
Despite the challenges of the economic crisis, JYSA retained official representation of brands such as Teac, Onkyo, Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer, and JVC. The company stood out for its technical excellence and strong reputation in difficult times.
JYSA launched JysaParts, an e-commerce site for selling replacement parts to technicians and individuals. This initiative marked a key step in diversifying the business and expanding into new markets.
In January 2022, JYSA Servicios Electrónicos S.L. became a sole proprietorship under the name JYSA Servicios Electrónicos S.L.U., marking a new strategic and administrative chapter for the company.
With a client base of over 13,500 and steadily growing sales of replacement parts, JYSA has become one of the leading technical service providers in the Valencian Community and Spain. Future plans include international expansion and a stronger national presence in the repair industry.
